Register
SATUM CZECH s.r.o., as of 30 November 2018, is registered in the register of insurance intermediaries kept with the ČNB as an insurance broker under registration number 000032PM as of 3 February 2005, and as an insurance agent under the registration number 002162PA from 21 March 2005.
As of 1 February 2019, SATUM CZECH s.r.o. will be entered into the ČNB register as an independent agent with the same scope of activities. The insurance intermediary mediates insurance for the customer as an insurance agent on the basis of a written agreement with the insurance companies or as an insurance broker on the basis of a written agreement with the customer.

Based on the client's request, SATUM CZECH s.r.o. can issue to the client a copy of the certificate of registration in that register.
Procedure for filing a complaint against an insurance intermediary
If the policyholder and other concerned persons have objections to the activities of SATUM CZECH s.r.o. as an independent agent, may lodge a written complaint with the company's manager via e-mail stiznosti@satum.cz. The managing director is obliged to address the complaint and to inform in writing to the complainant within 30 days, stating whether the complaint is legitimate, and if the complaint is found to be legitimate, then the managing director shall disclose to the complainant how this complaint will be or was resolved.
At the same time, the client may lodge a complaint with the ČNB exercising supervision over the activities of insurance intermediaries, the relevant insurance company or extra-judicial dispute resolution with the financial arbiter.

SATUM CZECH s.r.o. has no direct or indirect proportion of voting rights and the share in the capital of the insurance company with which the insurance is to be contracted.

Remuneration granted in connection with the insurance contracted or with the change of insurance
The independent intermediary and his tied agent are remunerated in the form of commissions by the cooperating insurance companies in connection with the insurance contracted or the change of insurance. The independent intermediary and his tied agent are not remunerated directly by the customer.
