What does that mean for novices? We create an individual training plan for each employee, including procedural training, continuous product training, or workshops at which experience from senior product specialists can be shared.
What does it mean for others? Employees are offered continuous training - for example, on management courses, or courses aimed at commercial and communication skills. Naturally, there is an English language course. In addition, brokers are provided with professional training according to their area of expertise.
